In-store purchase

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Your legal rights

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods for an exchange or a credit note if you change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with proof of purchase WITHIN 14 days

Online purchase

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it in an unworn condition and with all the packaging (shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue).

You have  14 days from the date you receive the item to inform us by email of your request to return the item and then 14 days to return the item to us.

This policy and the return address details are also on the reverse of the packing slip enclosed with your order. of purchase (with all packaging including the shoe box, cardboard inserts and tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will not include postage costs. Once your goods are received a full refund will be processed for the cost of your goods.

If you return items exceeding the above timescales then we can either charge a 20% restocking fee or we may refuse the return and ask for you to pay the postage to return the items to you. Please also note if goods are returned in a condition we deem unsuitable for re-sale then we reserve the right to impose an appropriate charge.

We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be liable for goods lost in transit. Alternatively, we are happy to accept web sale returns directly to our store and our web team will process the refund within a maximum of 3 working days.
