Shipping policy

Our standard delivery is charged at £4.50. Any order over £65 is  free (this charge will be automatically deducted at checkout).

Royal Mail Track 48 (not guaranteed) - We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days* via Royal Mail, though the majority of orders are dispatched in 2 working days. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday or anytime at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 
Service standards and refund claims for mis-delivery/late delivery/lost or damaged goods are subject to Royal Mail T&C's of service.

Royal Mail Track 24 + Signature (not guaranteed) - Orders placed before 14.00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 14.00 Friday and before Saturday 08.00 will be dispatched Saturday.

Royal Mail Guaranteed - Please contact us if you would like a quote for Guaranteed Next Day delivery. Available Monday - Thursday for orders placed before 14.00.

We currently deliver to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to addresses in the UK Highlands, Offshore Islands or Channel Islands at this time.

*Working day is defined as Monday to Friday.
